COOEE BEACH OYSTERCATCHER COTTAGE

The Oystercatcher is a recently renovated 1 bedroom cottage with polished Tas oak floors, a large deck with views to Cooee Beach and Table Cape and a warm north facing aspect. Oystercatcher has a large bedroom with comfy queen bed with an additional single bed in this room. The kitchen is equipped with airfryer, 2 hotplates & microwave. The bathroom is separate from the toilet.

Located behind the Cooee Albatross & Sandpiper Cottages, this property is very private and all guests will hear is the sound of the waves lapping the shore of Cooee Beach.

This cottage is ideal for couples & can sleep up to 3 people in total.

Rates

Off Peak Single/Couple using 1 bed: $150 per night (minimum 2 night booking)

Peak Periods: $200 per night

Peak periods typically mid- December to Easter.

Extra adult / child: $30 per night

Medium Term (minimum 4 weeks unserviced): $900 per week

Long Term (2 - 6 months unserviced): $800 per week

* Servicing charges by arrangement depending on frequency.

Booking conditions

Deposit of 1 night accommodation non-refundable.

Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds after this time.

Long term bookings: require 1 month non-refundable deposit paid on booking.
