COOEE BEACH ALBATROSS COTTAGE

Only 50 metres from the white sands of Cooee Beach, Albatross Cottage is a lovely federation brick residence built over a century ago. With bull nose veranda, high Baltic pine ceilings and bay windows, guests will feel like they have stepped back in history.

With all modern conveniences including dishwasher, electric blankets, heat pump and superior linen & towels, guests comfort & needs are well catered for.

Ideal for families and corporate travellers, this cottage has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with comfy queen beds and the other with a 1x single bunks and can sleep up to 6 people in total.

The cottage also has a sun soaked kitchen & dining room as well as a private deck with BBQ and is suitable for families and corporate groups alike.

Rates

Off Peak Single/Couple using 1 bed: $150 per night. Extra adult / child: $30 per night (minimum 2 night booking)

Peak Periods: $170 per night. Extra adult / child: $30 per night

Peak periods typically mid-December to Easter

Medium Term (minimum 4 weeks unserviced): $900 per week

Long Term (2 - 6 months unserviced): $800 per week

* Servicing charges by arrangement depending on frequency.

Booking conditions

Deposit of 1 night accommodation non-refundable.

Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds after this time.

Long term bookings: require 1 month non-refundable deposit paid on booking.
